I am from New Zealand and am new to crossbow building.
I've been interested in making one for a good few years now and have scoured the net for info and pictures etc. Now that I have a good set of tools I've decided to finally get on and build one.
So far I have gathered some brand new trailer leaf springs (the longest leaves are around 600mm) for the prod. I intend to strengthen the middle of the prod with some extra metal and a few bolts given that there is a 5/16 hole right ...
